I’m diving into the world of part-time photography and recently ordered a camera set from this site. Just like I thought, they turned out to be fantastic. The YouTube reviews really influenced my choice to go with this company. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I can genuinely say I’m pleased with my camera. I’m actually planning to hop back on the site to look for some better quality lenses than the one that came with the camera.

I placed an order back in late June. Since then, I've received zero communication. No updates on shipping and no sign of the product. When I tried calling customer service, it just went to voicemail. I'm definitely not a satisfied customer right now. This two-star rating is heading straight for a one!

A lot of the other reviews seem overly positive. They had me fooled, for sure. I placed my order, and everything appeared fine. But then, two days later, my order got canceled without any reason given, and all my efforts to reach out to customer service went unanswered. Plus, be aware of what you're purchasing -- most of the products are grey market stuff that won't come with a US warranty.

After getting ripped off on eBay, I stumbled upon this store. The prices are fantastic!! I had to give them a ring for some details about my order, and the phone call was a breeze! I bought a Tamron 24-70mm 2.8 from Gadget Circuit, which claims to offer a one-year warranty. It's kinda fishy since all the US dealers only provide 30 or 15 days, but you can still go through the manufacturer for warranty claims. Now, my lens is acting up, and Tamron won’t repair it. Gadget Circuit didn’t even bother to tell me where my lens serial number originated from. My suggestion? Spend an extra $200 and get whatever you need from a US dealer, or you might end up tossing $800 in the bin. The product works, but in the long haul, it’s just not worth it since they totally brush you off, and they know it.

I was really happy with how quickly my Nikon CoolPix P7800 arrived. The camera is brand new and performs just as I hoped, so I'm quite satisfied with my choice to get the P7800. However, I found out that the warranty is based in the Netherlands, and I'm not sure if it’s valid in the USA. There was no info about the warranty in the camera's description, which is why I gave the service a 3-star rating. Fingers crossed that the camera holds up and I won’t need any repairs. The company reached out to me soon after and offered a 1-year warranty. So far, I'm feeling good about this and I’ve bumped my review up to 4 stars.

No warranty in the US b. No firmware updates To my delight, I received a camera meant for the US market, in pristine condition, and it arrived pretty quickly. I'm really pleased with this product and the service. Saved me a ton of cash!

The item I got was a replacement from the gray market, but so far, it’s functioning just fine with no problems that I can see. The warranty for the Tamron product from America is 6 years, while the one I received only has a 1-year warranty.
